Reimagining Pay Forward meant creating an intuitive donation platform from scratch. We didn't just build a website; we carefully mapped out every interaction, visualizing each click from the perspective of potential donors eager to make a difference. Our goal was to seamlessly guide users—from browsing causes and exploring beneficiary stories, to effortlessly completing donations.
We went beyond standard solutions. By conducting user interviews, competitor analysis, and interactive prototype testing, we fine-tuned the platform to hit that perfect balance between inspiring visuals and practical functionality. Every step was designed to ensure users could easily find what they were looking for, making the digital journey feel as natural and rewarding as the act of giving itself.

To capture the essence of charitable giving, we created a unique illustration system for Pay Forward. The custom animated graphics portray the warmth of human connection and support through delicate yet emotional visual elements. This approach creates a deep emotional connection, allowing the message to reach directly to visitors' hearts.

Instead of using typical charity imagery, we opted for a delicate line art style that gives the platform a distinctive character.
Carefully chosen red accents highlight key elements and reinforce Pay Forward's brand identity.
Gentle animations add movement to static illustrations, capturing attention and creating a more interactive user experience.
To create transparency and motivation in the giving process, we developed an interactive indicator that shows real-time progress for each campaign. This element is not just a statistical tool but an emotional connection point between donors and the cause, visualizing the collective impact of the community.
The indicator is designed with an intuitive visual language, using the brand's burgundy red color that fills with each donation, creating a sense of progress and shared purpose. With added animations when reaching certain milestones, the platform celebrates every small success, reinforcing the sense of satisfaction and recognition for donors.
We created an easy way to share causes beyond the digital space. The "Print QR and place in office" button opens a ready-made PDF with a QR code that partners can place in offices, stores, and public spaces. This turns any physical location into a potential connection to the digital platform. Passersby scan the code and instantly reach the specific cause without searching for the website.
BeGood’s store was designed to turn everyday shopping into a simple and inspiring way to support meaningful causes. Our goal was to create a smooth and emotionally resonant shopping experience where users could easily browse, choose, and purchase items—knowing that every product directly contributes to charitable initiatives.
